RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at Contactus@avantiemart.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:
• Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
• Custom or personalized products
• Personal care and beauty products
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
